Exercise is one of 7 ways to fight cancer that was mentioned in a previous article. Exercise is an important way to fight cancer and you will be taking positive steps to better health.
It Was Reported In 1995 That a Study Showed Reduction of Risk of Breast Cancer of Women Who Exercised.
The study showed women who exercised a lot in their teen years only had a small reduction in the risk of breast cancer. Those women who exercised vigorously at least once a day as an adult had a startling 50 percent reduction in their risk for breast cancer.
Another study over 20 years with 100,000 women showed physical activity is one of the breast cancer risk factors women can do something about at any age. The reduction was achieved by one hour of brisk walking per day or another exercise equivalent. It was noted they were 15 percent less likely to acquire the disease than women who exercised less than one hour a week.
Also a Study of 47,000 Men Showed Exercise Was One Way to Fight Colon Cancer.
This study was of men between 40 and 75. Those men who were more physically active had a lower incident of colon cancer. It was found that obesity, particularly abdominal obesity, was associated with a higher risk of colon cancer.
A Finnish study used METs, a metabolic equivalent of oxygen or energy used during exercise versus rest. A MET of 1 equals sitting around. Jogging steadily for 30 minutes got to a MET of 10. Men whose METs were at least 5 daily were least likely to die of cancer. Women who walked briskly for 5 to 6 hours weekly were less likely to develop colon cancer than less active women. The above researches show exercise is one of 7 ways to fight cancer.
Metabolic Equivalent of Oxygen Is Equated to Energy Used During Exercise.
Positive ORP is found in tap and bottled water. The positive ORP is not antioxidant and is without capacity to neutralize free oxygen radicals.
Negative ORP is an integral part of ionized alkaline water. It will scavenge for free oxygen radicals and absorb them. After absorption the free radicals are converted into oxygen and increase your oxygen supply. Oxygen destroys cancer cells, bacteria and viruses. A high quality Alkaline Antioxidant Water Appliance boosts the pH and Oxidation-Reduction Potential (ORP). Could this be included as one of 7 ways to fight cancer is adding oxygen to the body by vigorous exercising and or ionizing your water with a water appliance?
In conclusion, would you like to exercise vigorously or drink Alkaline Antioxidant Ionized Water? Maybe you would like to do both as one of 7 ways to fight cancer.
