For years I struggled with sleeping disorder, however it wasn't that problematic, or painful, it is far more that I just didn't really feel like sleeping. Then I would go to sleep and still could be able to wake up in time for function. I would be tired, but functional.

I was usually skinny and felt that my weight was the outcome of lack of sleep.

I could be working through the nights, then would have like 4-5 hours of sleep, after which would go for a an additional day like that. All this bothered me for a long, lengthy time. Was it Insomnia?
Did some study and read lots about insomnia. Realized that only 10% of men and women have chronic insomnia, but all this looked fairly mild to me. Obviously, as I was obtaining older it looked more normal to have less sleep, but this whole thing constantly bothered me, and made me wonder how come that I have less sleeping need to have than others. I do not remember taking any significant medication during my youth that would trigger insomnia, but my understanding is the fact that this might be also on account of some other disease or condition.

The only thing that I could seriously contemplate was lot of stress in my life and caffeine consumption. I don't forget myself drinking tons of coffees, continuously. We were going from coffee to coffee, and obviously, in Europe, those would be espresso coffees, not these tall, watery, large cups of liquid. Despite the fact that, I enjoy coffee up to this date.

Subsequent set of concerns came as soon as I realized that I can control a jet lag extremely successfully, but that's where component of my secret comes out. Ever, considering that I found Melatonin pills, my traveling life started being much more than pleasant.

Naturally, I had a huge sleeping disorder issue, and if you add traveling to that, it was a true nightmare. I didn't know anymore what is day, what exactly is night, exactly where am I, when must I sleep, wake up, nothing.

When I implemented this procedure to use Melatonin, when I was supposed to sleep on the plane, issues began finding in order.

I would fly to Sydney from Montreal, by way of Los Angele, would have an excellent sleep in economy class (yes, I know it is almost impossible to sit in economy, and impossible to picture sleeping, but this did it), and would be in Sydney early morning, fresh to go towards the office, like I slept whole night. You could not think, but I felt like I slept my normal 4-6 hours (short - for many people).

So, right after discovering Melatonin I was saved when it comes to traveling, considering that I had to do lot of flying to Europe and Australia.
