Next, if you are overweight, you are at great risk of catching a heart disease. And a lot more complications are associated with heart problems. In fact, cardiovascular diseases are the number one cause of death in obese people.

Lastly, avoid lifetime burdens like diabetes. Having diabetes will mean you have to restrict from a lot of food for the rest of your life. So while you are young and still able to perform physical activities to make your body fit, start the habit.
